After British Gas Condemned my boiler as unsafe (after 35 years of use) at its annual service, they could not get anyone to me to talk about a replacement for 4 days - very bad show.
I contacted Paul, who visited and quoted for the boiler the same day, and also fitted an immersion heater while here - so at least we had hot water (BGas could not be bothered)
Paul supplied and fitted a new A-rated boiler today (within 24 hours of BG Condemning the original boiler), so we are warm again - Major catastrophe averted.
